It's FINISHED!

My film is finally complete. I handed it in at uni yesterday, and submitted a copy to the Adelaide Film Festival. I'm hoping that they'll like it. The official "premiere" is at the Flinders Uni Honours screening on the 16th of November, but I'm quite sure I will have another screening some time after that so that everyone who has been bugging me about it can come watch it too! (AKA the Romanian Association etc.)

A big thank you to everyone who ahs contributed to the film in any way. It was really heart warming to have to many people enthusiastic about this little film and try to do their best in whatever role they had.

Like all film shoots this one had its challenges but the whole process was so relaxed that I can't wait to get another crew together and start on another!

Some other good news is that as soon as I finish uni I will start working at the Australian International Documentary Conference (AIDC) until the end of February - this is actually paid work full time, so my schedule is finally going to have some sort of routine for a few months.

It is nice to see things coming together for once. My family is for the moment quite well, and it seems that I may have found someone who talks as much as I do to put up with me (for a little while at least)

Now I just have to focus on finishing my other assignments (not many to go now, although they are the big ones!) and then I'm ready to move on to the next stage. Ive still been quite busy on film productions outside of uni in the past few months (god knows where I find the time), so keep an eye out for my name in local film credits. My most recent one was a film for the feast festival, and there's more coming.
